Influee is a European UGC marketplace that sells access to 180,000+ creators in 30+ countries for a subscription from $229 a month plus a 10% fee on every creator payment, with unlimited revisions and perpetual usage rights on what you commission. It is the platform to look at if you sell in Europe and want a creator who sounds local, and the one we would send a US brand to last. After going through its pricing pages, its terms, its country pages, its own comparison posts and the creator app’s reviews, our verdict is 3.5 out of 5: the best creator pool on the continent, priced for brands that order every month, with one thing you should know before you pay, which is that the public record on it is almost empty. Its Trustpilot profile has no reviews at all.
This is a sponsored review. We sell TikTok and Instagram followers, likes and views, which is a different product. Influee has not reviewed or approved the text. Every price, policy and figure below is taken from Influee’s pricing pages, terms, country pages and blog, or from named third-party sources, all checked on 22 October 2026, and the criticism is ours. Links to Billo, our number one pick in this category, carry tracking parameters. The embedded video is Influee’s own, included because it is the clearest explanation of its pricing that exists.
Influee at a glance

- What it is: a subscription marketplace. You post a brief, creators apply within hours, you pick, ship, review and approve. Creator payments are on top of the subscription.
- Price: Starter $229 a month for up to 10 creator collaborations, Basic $529 for 25, Pro $999 for 50, Enterprise on quote. USD only, no yearly price shown, no free trial (“The short answer is no”).
- Fee on top: “10% payment marketplace fee” on every creator payment, charged on approval, non-refundable. Free-product collaborations carry no fee.
- Creator prices: Influee’s own figure for a 30-second video is “$92” in the US, $98 in the UK, $81 in Germany. Its homepage says videos start at $83; its product page says €20; its case studies quote $47 and €20 per video.
- Creators: “180,000+” across 32 listed countries, with over 30,000 in the US and over 20,000 each in the UK, Spain and Italy. Vetted by portfolio review; the homepage claims the “top 3%”.
- Turnaround: applications “within 24 hours”, content “7 to 10 days” after the creator receives the product.
- Revisions: unlimited, until the submission fits the brief.
- Rights: a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence on commissioned content, excluding print and out-of-home. Content the creator posts on their own account needs a separate “usage rights requested” tick.
- Refunds: subscriptions are non-refundable once charged, with a first-month guarantee if no suitable creator applies and you have not accepted anyone.
- Public ratings: Trustpilot: 0 reviews on a profile claimed in August 2024. The creator app holds 3.9 on the US App Store from 196 ratings and 4.5 on the UK store from 90. G2 and Capterra pages could not be read.
- Best for: brands selling in two or more European markets that order UGC every month and want native-language creators without running separate platforms per country.
Our number 1 pick is Billo
If you sell to a US audience and do not need a monthly creator programme, Billo sells a finished, rights-included video from $99 with no subscription and no percentage fee, from a pool the platform vets for you. For a first batch of videos it is the simpler and cheaper buy, which is why it ranks first in our comparison.
What Influee is
Influee started in Ljubljana, Slovenia, around 2017 or 2018 depending on which profile you read, founded by Urban Cvek, its CEO, and Sebastian Novin, its COO. Its careers page still lists Ljubljana as the office, while its terms, updated September 2025, are issued by Influee, Inc., a Delaware corporation at a New York address under New York law. The company has raised very little outside money, a pre-seed of around $110,000 from two Slovenian funds according to CB Insights, and says it has worked with “over 1,800 brands”. For a platform claiming 180,000 creators that is a lean operation, with somewhere between 20 and 40 staff on the public profiles.
The product is three things sold separately. The UGC marketplace, which this review is about. A UGC video editor with its own subscription, from $99 a month for 20 rendered ad creatives, with auto-subtitles in 65 languages and a “Magic Edit” trained on what Influee says are 2,500 top-performing ads. And an influencer-marketing product for paid posts, with an “Influee Score” built on engagement rate and audience quality. In 2026 it added an “Agent” and an MCP server, so a campaign can be written, briefed and managed from Claude or ChatGPT, with “70+ tools across 13 categories”. The agent is included on every marketplace plan.
What makes Influee different from the US marketplaces is the shape of the pool. Billo and Trend are American first. JoinBrands is American first. Influee’s biggest single country is also the US, at over 30,000 creators, but it is the only platform in our ranking with twenty thousand creators each in the UK, Spain and Italy, fifteen thousand in Germany and France, and ten thousand in Poland and Portugal. If the brief says “a German speaker who sounds like a customer in Munich”, this is the platform that can fill it from stock.
How a campaign works
- Post a brief. Content type, product, creator language, video type and duration. The AI writer drafts a script if you want one, and the 2026 agent will “grill” it for inconsistencies.
- Creators apply. “Matching creators will apply to your campaign within the first few hours.” You see portfolios and proposals and choose. The subscription is charged when the first campaign is published, not when you sign up.
- Ship. The terms give you five days from accepting a creator to ship the product. You pay shipping and any import duties, which across European borders is the line item people forget. The creator keeps the product.
- Production. The creator has seven days from delivery to upload. Influee advertises 7 to 10 days end to end from the product arriving.
- Review. Unlimited revisions, each with a seven-day window for the creator. You have 14 days to approve or the content is approved automatically.
- Pay. Creator fees sit in a segregated account until approval, and the 10% fee is charged on approval. Disputes are settled as a full release, a full refund, a split or a redo.
Realistic end to end for a physical product shipped within the EU: a day for applications, five to ship, a few in transit, seven in production, and your review. Two to three weeks. Shipping from the Netherlands to a creator in Spain or Poland is where the calendar and the budget both stretch, and there is no reimbursement model as on JoinBrands.
One clause to read before you message anyone: a twelve-month non-circumvention term with liquidated damages of three times the marketplace fee or $25,000, whichever is greater. Hire a creator you met on Influee off the platform within a year and that is the exposure.
Pricing in detail
Influee’s model has two layers, like Insense’s, and the thing to understand is that the subscription buys the right to collaborate, not the videos.
| Plan | Monthly | Collaborations a month | Fee on creator payments | Included on every plan |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $229 | up to 10 | 10% | Unlimited content per collaboration, 180,000+ creators, Agent and MCP, usage rights on commissioned content, unlimited revisions, cancel any time |
| Basic | $529 | up to 25 | 10% | |
| Pro | $999 | up to 50 | 10% | |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | 10% |

What a month of ten US videos costs. Starter $229, ten creators at Influee’s own US average of $92 is $920, and 10% on that is $92. $1,241, or about $124 per video. Influee’s own blog does the same sum for seven videos and lands at “$122.91/video all-in”. Billo sells ten vetted US videos for $990 with nothing on top. Insense’s Brand plan for the same ten is around $1,600 in the first month. JoinBrands at its $60 default plus 15% is about $690 before the card fee and your own vetting time.
The same month in Germany at Influee’s $81 average: $229 plus $810 plus $81, so $1,120, about $112 a video. That is the comparison that matters, because Billo cannot fill a German brief from stock and Insense’s pool thins out fast outside the US. The HoMEso case study on Influee’s site reports €20 a video for ten videos from six creators in Slovenia, which tells you the floor in smaller European markets is far below the US average.
The starting price is quoted three ways. The homepage says videos start at $83. The product page says €20. The influencer page and a case study say $92. All three can be true in different countries, and none of them is the number you will pay, which is whatever the creators who apply to your brief ask for.
Refunds. The terms are plain: “All Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.” The exception is a first-month guarantee, refunded if you cannot find a suitable creator for your first campaign. It is void the moment you request a creator’s contact details, accept any proposal, or brief in a language Influee does not support. The 10% fee is non-refundable too; the creator fee itself is protected by the escrow and dispute process.
The editor is a second bill. If you want Influee’s subtitling and Magic Edit, that is $99 a month for 20 rendered creatives, $399 for 100, $999 for 500, each export counting as one. The product page offers the first five exports free; the pricing page says ten. Most brands we would send here already have an editor, and Submagic or CapCut will caption a clip for less.
Compare the flat-price option
Billo charges from $99 a video with no subscription, no fee and no minimum month. For a US audience buying ten videos, that is $990 against Influee’s $1,241, and the vetting is done for you.
Creators: the reason to buy it
Influee says it reviews “every creator on our platform” for “authentic content making skills”, that it admits the “top 3%”, and that feedback on an application comes within 24 to 48 hours. There are no published levels or badges on the UGC side; the “Influee Score” belongs to the influencer product. So the quality control is the portfolio review and your own eye on the applicants’ past work.
The pool is the product. Influee’s country index lists 32 markets with counts: over 30,000 in the United States, over 20,000 each in the United Kingdom, Spain and Italy, over 15,000 in Germany and France, over 10,000 in Canada, Poland and Portugal, over 5,000 in Brazil and Australia. Nobody else in our ranking publishes a per-country count, and nobody else could show numbers like those for continental Europe.
From the creator side the economics are modest and the reviews say so. Influee’s creator page says creators “typically earn between €290 and €850 per month”, that most land a first paid job within 14 days, and that no follower count is needed. The App Store reviews from creators are where the platform’s public record actually lives, and they split. The praise is about ease and volume: “a good selection of collabs and on hand support”. The complaints are about rates: “extremely low paying and low quality products” (US store, August 2025), “shocked by how they have tried to get an ad creative for as low as £30” (UK store), and a January 2026 review arguing that brands can request scripted content at low rates while FTC compliance sits with the creator. Read those as a brand and they cut both ways: your videos will be cheap, and the best creators will be the ones who can afford to be selective.
Payout terms are stated two ways, “within 5 to 10 days” on the creator page and “on the last day of the calendar month” by SEPA in the terms. Creators who are paid late are creators who answer your revision requests slowly, so this is your problem too.
Rights, revisions and the tooling
Rights. On content you commission, the terms grant a “non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable, and assignable” licence, which covers ads, your site, email and organic posting. Two carve-outs. Print and out-of-home need a separate agreement. And content the creator posts on their own account comes with no rights by default; you tick “Content Usage Rights Requested” in the brief if you want them. Influee’s blog says rights “belong to brand by default”, which is true of commissioned content and not of posted content, so read the brief form, not the blog.
Revisions. Unlimited “until the Creator’s submission fits the criteria set by the Content Brief”. That is the most generous term in our ranking (Billo allows two, Insense three, Trend one), and it carries the same caveat as everywhere else: the brief is the contract. A revision that asks for something the brief did not specify is a new request, and the creator can decline it.
Partnership ads and Spark Ads. Influee publishes a playbook claiming partnership-ad creative wins 60% of the time against 12.5% for standard creative, with +22% ROAS and -17% CPMs, and its agent has an “Upload to Meta” skill. What we could not find is a documented in-platform flow for creators to hand over Spark Ads or partnership ad codes the way Billo, Insense and JoinBrands have, or a stated fee for it. Ask before you plan a whitelisting campaign on it.
The agent. New in 2026, included on every plan, and genuinely different: an MCP server that lets you draft a brief, review scripts, answer creator questions from the brief and push creative to Meta from Claude or ChatGPT. For an agency running many campaigns it is a real time saver. For a brand ordering ten videos a month it is a nice way to write a brief.
What customers say, and why there is so little of it
This is the section that costs Influee the most points, and it is not about what people say. It is about how little there is.
Influee’s Trustpilot profile, claimed by the company in August 2024, has zero reviews. Its homepage carries a “4.9 rating” badge with no named source. We could not read its G2 or Capterra pages, it has no Product Hunt listing, and we found no independent brand-side review anywhere we could verify. For a company claiming 1,800 brands and 180,000 creators, that is unusual. Billo has 520 Trustpilot reviews, JoinBrands 289, Insense 190, Trend 7.
What exists is the creator app, 3.9 on the US App Store from 196 ratings and 4.5 on the UK store from 90, with the themes above, and Influee’s own case studies: Else Nutrition’s marketing VP calling it “the best tool that we found for UGC” at an average $47 per 30-second video, HoMEso at €20 a video, and Bark London running 55 campaigns and 325 pieces in a year. Those are real customers and the numbers are useful. They are also chosen by Influee.
So the honest statement is this: we found nothing bad said about Influee by a brand, and we found nothing said about Influee by a brand that Influee did not publish itself. Treat the first month, which the guarantee covers, as your own reference check.
Pros and cons
Pros
- The deepest European creator pool in the category, with per-country counts published.
- Unlimited revisions and a perpetual licence on commissioned content.
- Flat 10% fee on every plan, lower than JoinBrands’ free tier and Insense’s Trial and Brand plans.
- Creator prices well below US rates in most European markets.
- Month to month, cancel any time, with a first-month guarantee if nobody suitable applies.
- Escrow and a documented dispute process.
- Agent and MCP server on every plan, useful at agency volume.
Cons
- $229 a month before the first creator is paid, plus 10%. Ten US videos cost about $1,241 against $990 on Billo.
- No free trial, no yearly discount, non-refundable fees once charged.
- Almost no public track record: zero Trustpilot reviews, no readable G2, an unsourced “4.9” badge.
- Starting price quoted three different ways on its own site.
- Posted content carries no rights unless you opt in; print and out-of-home excluded.
- You pay cross-border shipping and duties; no reimbursement model.
- No documented Spark or partnership ad code flow that we could find.
- Creator reviews complain about low rates, which is also what makes the videos cheap.
Who Influee is for
Use Influee if you sell in two or more European markets and need creators who speak the language and look like the customer; you order creator content every month, so the subscription is amortised over ten or more collaborations; you want unlimited revisions in the contract; or you run an agency and will use the agent and MCP tooling across clients.
Look elsewhere if your buyers are American and you want vetted US creators at a flat price (Billo); you want the deepest partnership-ads integration and a global pool with a track record (Insense); you want the cheapest clip and will vet applicants yourself (JoinBrands); you need product photography in the same order (Trend, soon soona UGC); or you want to hire one creator you have already found (Collabstr).
Influee vs Billo
- Price for ten US videos: Influee about $1,241 on Starter; Billo $990, nothing on top.
- Subscription: Influee $229 a month before any creator is paid; Billo none required.
- Creators: Influee 180,000+ in 32 countries, 30,000 in the US; Billo around 5,000, vetted, US-centred.
- Europe: Influee 20,000 each in the UK, Spain and Italy; Billo thin outside the US, Canada and the UK.
- Revisions: Influee unlimited; Billo two.
- Rights: both perpetual on commissioned content; Influee excludes print and out-of-home and requires an opt-in on posted content.
- Around the video: Billo has a brief generator, performance matching, organic testing and ad analytics; Influee has the agent, an optional editor and a partnership-ads playbook.
- Public reviews: Billo 4.0 on Trustpilot from 520; Influee none.
Our ranking puts Billo first and lists Influee as the strongest case for a sixth place because most brands buying UGC are buying for a US audience, where Billo is cheaper, vetted and reviewed. Where Influee wins is Europe, and for a Dutch, German or Spanish brand that case is strong enough to change the ranking for them.
How to get a good video out of Influee
- Order ten or more a month or do not subscribe. At five videos the $229 doubles your per-video cost. Starter pays for itself at volume, not at a test.
- Brief in the creator’s language and say so. The language filter is the feature you are paying for. A German brief gets German applicants.
- Write the first line. There is an AI writer, and it writes like an AI writer. Give the creator the actual hook, or three to choose from. Our guide to TikTok hooks is the shortlist.
- Tick the usage-rights box if the creator will post. Otherwise you own nothing on their account.
- Budget shipping per country. Duties into the UK and Switzerland, and transit times to Portugal and Poland, decide your calendar more than the seven-day production window does.
- Use the revisions for the brief, not for new ideas. Unlimited means unlimited within the brief.
- Keep the first month as a test. The guarantee only covers you if you accept nobody, so run the first brief as a real order and judge the applicants before you accept.
- Do not go around the platform. The non-circumvention clause is twelve months and $25,000.
And the video is still raw material. The first second and the watch time after it are what the feed reads, and a native-language creator gives you the former. The rest of the account is still your job.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Influee cost?
Starter is $229 a month for up to 10 creator collaborations, Basic $529 for 25, Pro $999 for 50, plus a 10% fee on every creator payment. Creators set their own prices; Influee’s average for a 30-second US video is $92. Ten US videos on Starter come to about $1,241 all in.
Does Influee have a free trial?
No. Its pricing FAQ says “The short answer is no.” There is a first-month guarantee: if no suitable creator applies to your first campaign and you have not accepted anyone, the subscription is refunded.
Where are Influee’s creators?
In 32 listed countries, with over 30,000 in the US, over 20,000 each in the UK, Spain and Italy, over 15,000 in Germany and France, and over 10,000 in Canada, Poland and Portugal. It is the only platform in our ranking with a deep continental European pool.
Do I own the videos?
On commissioned content you get a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable licence for advertising, your site, email and organic use, excluding print and out-of-home. Content a creator posts on their own account carries no rights unless you request them in the brief.
How many revisions does Influee include?
Unlimited, until the submission fits the brief, with a seven-day window per revision for the creator. It is the most generous revision term in our ranking.
Is Influee legit?
It is a real company, operating since 2017 or 2018 from Ljubljana with a US entity since 2025, claiming 1,800 brands, with escrow and a dispute process in its terms. What it lacks is a public track record: zero Trustpilot reviews and no independent brand-side reviews we could find. Use the first month as your reference check.
Influee or Billo?
Billo for a US audience: cheaper for ten videos, vetted, no subscription, 520 public reviews. Influee for Europe: native-language creators in 32 countries, unlimited revisions, and a subscription that pays off once you order ten or more videos a month.
Verdict
Influee scores 3.5 out of 5 in our review. It has the creator pool every other marketplace lacks, twenty thousand people each in the UK, Spain and Italy and fifteen thousand in Germany and France, with unlimited revisions and perpetual rights on what you commission. For a European brand ordering every month, nothing else in our ranking does the job.
The three things to go in knowing are that the subscription makes it dearer than Billo for a US audience, that fees are non-refundable once charged, and that the public record is almost blank. The first two are arithmetic. The third is why we would run the first month as a test rather than a commitment.
Our number 1 pick is Billo
Vetted creators, a flat price from $99, rights included and nothing added on top. For a US audience and a first batch that has to be usable, it is the simpler buy.
